14-Day Return Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your Mag-Pac product, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund.

To be eligible for a return:

Your return request must be submitted within 14 days of your order being delivered.
The product must be unused or in like-new condition.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, when possible.
Proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please visit our Contact Us page and include:

Your order number
The reason for your return
Photos of the product (if applicable)

Our team will provide return instructions once your request has been reviewed.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The product arrived damaged.
The wrong item was shipped.
The return is the result of our error.

If your return is approved because of one of the reasons above, Mag-Pac will provide instructions for returning the item at no cost to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us through our Contact Us page as soon as possible so we can make it right.
