What's Covered?

For one (1) year from the date of purchase, Mag-Pac will repair or replace, at our discretion, any Mag-Pac product that fails due to defects in materials, workmanship, or normal jobsite use.

If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

If your Mag-Pac breaks, fails, or doesn't perform the way it should during the first year, simply contact us. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We believe warranties should be simple—not complicated.

What's Not Covered?

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by intentional misuse, abuse, or neglect.
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
• Cosmetic wear that does not affect the product's performance, such as scratches, dents, or paint wear.
• Loss or theft of the product.

• Order number or proof of purchase
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of the product, if applicable
